Content:  Text, photographs, images, graphics, logos, illustrations, descriptions, data, charts, and other material provided on the Baileys Beads and Beyond.com website, as well as the layout, designs, selection, arrangement, and collections, are referred to as "content".

Content may contain errors, omissions or be out of date.  Bailey's Beads & Beyond reserves the right to modify, delete, or update any and all content, at any time and without prior notice. 

Prices:  All prices on Baileys Beads and Beyond.com are displayed in US dollars.  Bailey's Beads & Beyond reserves the right to change prices, specifcations, extras, etc. on products, labor, and services provided on Baileys Beads and Beyond.com website, printed catalogs, flyers, postcards and all other advertising and marketing materials, at any time and without prior notice.

In the event that an item is incorrectly priced, Bailey's Beads & Beyond has the right to cancel orders placed with an incorrect price, regardless if the credit card has been processed and charged.  If the credit card has been charged and the order or partial order canceled, a credit will be issued to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Orders:  An order confirmation is emailed to you upon completion of the virtual checkout.  This receipt does not imply, nor guarantee, that payment has been received or processed.  Bailey's Beads & Beyond reserves the right, at anytime, to accept or decline your order, for any reason.  BB&B reserves the right to refuse service to any customer without prior notice.  All billing and customer registration information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information may constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Incorrectly Addressed Orders:  If an order is returned to us, by fault of us, due to an incorrect address (usually a typo) we will re-ship the package and notify the customer immediately of our error. 

If an order is returned to us, by fault of the customer, due to an incorrect address, we will notify the customer immediately. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs to re-ship the package. If the customer refuses to pay for the shipping costs to re-ship the package, it will be considered a refused package and will be handled according to our policies (see below).

Refused Packages:  If you are a US Customer who refuses a package upon delivery, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, including a 30% re-stocking fee (of the original purchase price, for each item ordered). A refund of the remaining balance will be issued within seven (7) business days, upon receipt of the package. If the package becomes lost, stolen, damaged, etc. the customer will not be refunded. 

If you are an international customer who refuses to complete prompt delivery arrangements with the carrier or abandons the package at customs or the carrier for any reason, you will be responsible for all VAT/import fees, abandonment fees, and shipping charges/fees. Including a 30% re-stocking fee (of the original purchase price, for each item ordered). A refund of the the remaining balance will be issued within seven (7) business days. If the costs are more than your product credit on your account, Bailey's Beads & Beyond will bill you for the remaining balance.

Warranty:  All jewelry created and designed by Bailey's Beads & Beyond is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material. Bailey's Beads & Beyond will repair or replace (at its option) any defective part which may develop under normal and proper use during a period of three months from date of purchase, provided the piece has not been subject to misuse or abuse. Owner is responsible for shipping charges/fees/duty costs. Every eligible purchase will include our warranty card.

This warranty is not applicable for the following: 1. Charm loss. 2. Normal wear and tear of parts and materials (wear and tear that occurs over time with use). 3. Damage due to accident, misuse or abuse. 4. Improper or inadequate maintenance. 5. Damage or loss in transite. 6. Repairs or midifications made by another company or service. 6. Loss of jewelry piece.

Disclaimer:  Warning!   Many of our items contain small parts!  These parts may be a potential choking hazard to children under the age of 4 years old.  Please DO NOT leave children under the age of 4 unsupervised while wearing jewelry.  Please keep these items up and out of the reach of children, while the child is not supervised by an adult.  Jewelry is NOT a toy.  Please do not allow babies/children to put jewelry pieces in their mouths.  Although, Bailey's Beads and Beyond designs jewelry for babies, infants, toddlers and young children, these jewelry pieces are intended for special ocassions, keepsake items or worn with parental/adult supervision.  Bailey's Beads and Beyond provides heirloom quality jewelry that is professionally designed and crafted to withstand normal wear and tear.  Baby/child safety is always of the utmost importance, however, no piece of jewelry can ever be guaranteed not to break.  Always remove jewelry before bed time, bath time and any time the baby/child is not supervised by an adult.  Please be aware of the possibiliities and please always be safe!
