    What payment methods do you accept?

    We gladly accept all major credit cards through our secure checkout.

    When will my order be processed and shipped?

    All items are handcrafted and custom made to order.  We do not mass produce any of our products. Please keep this in consideration when placing your order. 

    Generally, orders are processed and shipped from our studio within 3-5 business days (this does not include shipping time) after payment has cleared.  However, please allow up to 10-14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, especially during the holiday seasons.  Unforseen issues or backorders of materials may arise.  We appreciate your understanding.  WE DO NOT SHIP ON HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS.

    Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

    • Unclear direction(s)/request(s) on order
    • Not selecting or indicating an option that is needed to process the order 
    • Different billing & shipping addresses entered
    • Past history of fraud or chargeback has been assigned
    • Unable to verify billing address information

    How do I place an order?

    To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item.  When you are finished shopping, select the "Checkout" link and proceed with the checkout process.  First time customers will be required to register.  Return customers save time, by simply inserting their username and password.     What are my gift giving options?

    Each jewelry purchase includes our standard signature gift packaging, featuring a sheer organza gift bag with satin ties and our signature gift tag.

    If you prefer your gift to be beautifully presented in a tin, you may order our premium signature gift packaging by clicking here.  Our premium signature packaging features a gift tin and beautifully finished with our signature satin ribbon and gift tag.

    A complimentary, blank or personalized gift card may be included with any gift purchase, upon request.

    Will I be charged sales tax?

    Bailey’s Beads and Beyond.com is owned and operated in the state of Oregon, therefore we are not required to collect sales tax on orders . Enjoy your tax free purchase!

    Do I have to put a personalization?

    No, absolutely not.  It's not mandatory to have a personalization.  If you do not want a personalization, just input "None" or "No Thank You", in the “personalization” text box.

    May I specify a different location for a charm or crystal / dangle charm?

    Absolutely!  Here are a few examples:

    • Ordering a sterling silver charm/charms, please specify in the 'Attach Charm To' box.  Examples: "Attach charm to the front (next to the name) of the *Jane* bracelet"  or  "Attach charm to the left 'side' of the bracelet".
    • Ordering crystal charms, please specify in the 'Special Requests' box.  Example: "Attach crystal charms throughout the bracelet".
    • Ordering "both" sterling silver charms and crystal charms, please specify in the 'Special Requests' box.  Example: "butterfly charm ~ clear crystal charm ~ Janie ~ clear crystal charm ~ daughter charm"  (meaning...add butterfly charm to the left "side" of the bracelet, then the crystal charm next to the name, 'Janie' for the personalization, another crystal charm on the other side of the name, add daughter charm to the right "side" of the bracelet).
    • OR, you can request that we decide when designing the bracelet.  Example: "Arrange charms in a way you believe looks the best"

    My family is growing, how do I add a strand to my Mother’s / Grandmother’s Bracelet?

    All Mother's and Grandmother's bracelets may hold up to 6 strands, per bracelet.  To add a strand, please contact customer support.  Depending on how many strands you currently have, you may need to upgrade your clasp.

    Example: your current bracelet is a triple strand bracelet.  You will need to upgrade your clasp, since the current clasp will not hold four strands.  Please see our clasp options, by clicking here or contact us with your question(s).

    Customer is responsible for shipping, via USPS FIrst Class, USPS Priority Mail or USPS International Priority Mail.  Insurance is optional, however, always recommended.

    Where do I input the details for ordering a crystal charm?

    Generally, crystal charms are designed according to the design of the jewelry piece.  However, if you are ordering multiple crystal charms and would like to specify the exact crystals for each charm, you may do so in the 'Special Requests' box.

    Also, if you prefer a different crystal color(s) than the birthstone(s) or colors you are ordering for the bracelet design, you may make a note in the 'Special Requests' box.  Example: "January crystal for crystal charm."  For multiple crystals and/or multiple charms, please make sure to input them in order (left -top to right-bottom).

    Some, prefer to have the birthstones of their children or grandchildren on the bracelet.  Then, instead of getting a crystal charm(s) with the same birthstones, they use 'their' birthstone on the crystal charm.

    I do not want crystals on a Mother's / Grandmother’s Bracelet.  Can I do this?

    Absolutely!  You can do this on any bracelet design.  In the "Birth Month/Favorite Color" text box, input "None" or "No Thank You".  You may also add a note to us in the 'Special Requests' box to confirm.

    Why do your prices increase with size?

    At Bailey's Beads and Beyond we believe that you should not be charged for more than what you receive.  If you are ordering a newborn bracelet (4"), why pay for a 6 1/2" bracelet?  Since, it costs more to create the 6 1/2" bracelet then it does a 4" bracelet, we increase the price for each size increment.  We do this on all of our jewelry.  You won't see this anywhere else, exclusively for Bailey's Beads and Beyond customers!

    We would love to design something especially for you!  Please note that payment must be received prior to processing your custom order.  We will supply you with photos of the custom piece, for approval, prior to shipping.

    I need a 5 strand Mother’s / Grandmother's Bracelet.  How do I order one?

    All of our Mother`s and Grandmother`s bracelet designs on our website are available in single, double, triple and quadruple strands.  If you are needing more strands, such as 5 or 6 strands, you will need to contact Customer Support for a quote.  Please make sure to include the bracelet`s name, of interest.

    Do you ship to my country?

    Currently, Bailey's Beads & Beyond ships to the United States, Canada, Australia and United Kingdom.  Please contact us if your country is not listed, we may be able to accomodate you. More countries coming soon!

    I just placed my order, but I forgot to use the promotional/coupon code. What should I do?

    Please contact customer support immediately to cancel the order and then replace it using the promotional/coupon code.

    How do I use my Gift Card or Store Credit?

    On your gift card there is a ‘number‘, enter this number in the ‘voucher‘ box during checkout.  Any amount that is over the gift card ‘amount‘, will be the customers responsibility.

    In order to use your store credit, please login to your account.  During checkout, you will be asked to “Use Store Credit?“, select “Yes”.  It will show you the amount of “available” store credit on your account.  If you do not see this, please contact customer support. We will check you account.

    I just ordered something, but now it's on sale. Do you honor price adjustments?

    Yes, we do issue price adjustments, however your order must have been placed no more than 7 days before the price change was made.  Please contact our Customer Support Department to see if you are eligible for a price adjustment.  Your inquiry must be made within the 7 day window; inquiries made after will be denied.  Price adjustments will not be issued if your order has already received a discount (including price adjustments, promotional codes, etc...)

    *Price adjustments will not be made if you have already recieved a discount using a promotional code.

    I am not comfortable with using my credit card online, can I pay using a personal check or money order?

    Sorry, we no longer accept personal checks.  However, we do accept money orders or certified funds.

    1. Select your items that you wish to order and place them in your shopping cart.
    2. Continue through the checkout proocess (filling in your information)
    3. Select "Money Order" for your payment option
    4. Submit your order
    5. You will receive confirmation of your order via email.  Please print this email and mail it along with your payment.
    6. Contact us, for our mailing address.

    **All money orders must be in US funds or they will be returned.

    Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes!  All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

    A wish list is used to save items that you like or want to purchase at a later time. 

    For your convenience, we also offer a Gift Registry.  Which is great for weddings, engagements, baby showers, birthday parties, Christmas and more!

All orders placed outside of our normal business hours, will be handled on the following business day. We do NOT ship on the weekends or holidays.
