All designs are original designs of Bailey's Beads & Beyond By Jewelry Artist & Owner Jenny McHugh. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted to your specifications. On each of our designs, there are several options to customize the piece, for a one of kind keepsake! On most of our designs, a personalization may be added. Sterling silver charms (.925) are provided for you to add to any piece of jewelry. We only use the finest quality beads, such as: genuine Swarovski® crystals, pearls & pendants; semi-precious gemstones; genuine fresh water pearls; Czech glass beads: grade "A" glass cat's eye beads; handcrafted glass lampwork beads; Miyuki seed beads; hand-sculpted polymer clay beads; Bali silver beads; Hill Tribe silver beads and more! We use pure sterling silver (.925) components, spacer beads, and letter/number/symbol beads. In some of our designs you will find 10K or 14K gold, gold-filled and vermeil beads and components. NO plastic beads are ever used! NO silver/gold plated is ever used! We also use Professional, 49 strand jewelry wire for it's incredible strength, flexibility and durability!

Your order is custom made to your specifications and requests. We only use the finest materials. Personalizations may be added to most of our designs. If it is not offered on a particular piece that you are interesed in, you may submit a custom order to us. We will then create the piece to your specifications or reply with the reason as to why the design cannot accomodate your request.

Polymer Clay Beads:
Each bead and bead set is an original design by Bailey's Beads & Beyond. All beads are hand sculpted by Jewelry/Polymer Clay Artist & Owner Jenny McHugh. NO molds are ever used! All clay is baked at the appropriate temperature, according to size, to increase the strength and durability of each bead. All fragile parts are reinforced with wire and liquid clay. Beads are not sealed (gloss). However, adding the sealant (gloss) is an added option for you, and will only be done when the option is selected. If paint is applied, it is applied to the clay prior to baking. If "blush" is applied, it is applied to the clay prior to baking (not paint). Although, all steps are followed to create a strong bead, beads are not unbreakable. No bead or piece of jewelry can ever be guaranteed not to brake. Please wear with care!

Hair Jewels:
Beaded hair accessories are handcrafted with only the finest quality beads. Such as: Swarovski® crystals & pearls; glass cat’s eye beads (grade A); Czech glass bead; hand-sculpted polymer clay beads & more! We use pure sterling silver (.925) head pins for "fringe" (dangles) and strong wire or flexible clear string for a "floating" design. All rubber bands (pony tail holders) are metal free! For easy and care-free removal.

One Of A Kind (OOAK) Items:
On occasion, Bailey’s Beads & Beyond will offer a design that will be created only one time, for one lucky customer. Bailey’s Beads & Beyond stands behind our OOAK label! The OOAK design will be offered one time (only one available) and once sold, the item will never be offered again! With your purchase, you will receive a OOAK card, stating your item is truly One of A Kind! We will not accept any custom orders on OOAK items.
Limited Editions:
On occasion, Bailey’s Beads & Beyond will offer a design(s) as a Limited Edition. The quantity available will be stated in the description (For example: Only 3 will ever be created!). Bailey’s Beads & Beyond stands behind our Limited Edition label! Some Limited Editions may be designed and created as a collection, collect them all! With your purchase, you will receive a Limited Edition card, stating the number you have received. We will not accept any custom orders on Limited Editions.
Other Items:
Includes: sun catchers, beaded bookmarks, key chains/key rings, ornaments, etc. All materials are the finest quality. Materials (depending on the item) may include: genuine Swarovski® crystal beads, pearls, & pendants; pure steling silver (.925) beads, charms and components; glass lampwork beads; handsculpted polymer clay beads; genuine fresh water pearls, glass cat's eye beads (grade "A") and much more!
Warranty:
No piece of jewelry can ever be guaranteed not to break. However, Bailey's Beads & Beyond offers a 90 day warranty** (from date of receipt) for all jewelry created by us. If by chance, something happens to your jewelry within the 90 day period, we will be happy to fix it for you, free of charge. For repair information please click here.
~Please Note: in offering this warranty, we are not stating that our jewelry will only last three months. We are offering this warranty to show our customers that we stand behind our quality and craftsmanship. Generally, breakage during the first 90 days, is due to a faulty material. We would like the opportunity to repair the faulty material.~
For your Information: With proper jewelry care (follow instructions on jewelry care card-included in your jewelry purchase), wearing with care and a yearly (recommended) restringing, your jewelry piece can last a lifetime!
**Limited 3 Month Warranty: Jewelry from Bailey's Beads and Beyond is warranted* to be free of defects in material workmanship for 3 months (90 days from date of receipt). The defective item will be repaired or replaced with a product of equal value. *Warranty does not cover: wear and tear; breakage of polymer clay beads; loss of charm(s).
