Repair - Resize - Restring

 Repairs:
Bailey's Beads and Beyond will repair all jewelry, that we design, for FREE* within 90 days from receipt. If your item needs a repair after the 90 day warranty period, we will charge a small fee to repair your piece (depending on the extent of the repair). Please contact Customer Support with your repair needs. Please make sure to describe the exact extent of the damage, to the best of your ability. Payment must be received prior to repairing the piece. Customer is responsible for shipping/insurance costs.

Adding Additional Strands:
If you purchased a Mother or Grandmother Bracelet and a "new addition" has arrived, you will probably want to add an additional strand to your bracelet. There is a fee for this service. The fee will be based on the design of the bracelet, the number of letters needed and if you need a change of clasp.
For example: If you currently have a triple strand bracelet and need to add an additional strand, we will need to upgrade the clasp to a quad strand tube clasp to accommodate the strand addition. All strands would need to be restrung, an additional strand added and then attached to the new clasp. Payment must be received prior to any modifications.

Restringing & Resizing:
It is recommended that you restring your bracelet, necklace or anklet once every couple of years. If, you wear your piece on a daily basis, I highly recommend restringing the item once, every year. When you wear the item on a daily basis, it is subject to more wear and tear. Restringing, helps insure longevity of your piece. This is not a requirement, only a recommendation.
A small fee of $10.00 per strand will apply, for restringing or resizing. It takes the same amount of time to restring the item, as it did the first time it was strung. If additional beads are needed, further charges may apply. Payment must be received prior to us restringing/resizing the item. Please Click here for instructions to ship the item to us.
